Fairclough & Partners is a well established, well respected Solicitors Agents and Investigation Agency, with a discreet and motivated workforce and a proven track record going back over some thirty years.

The business of Fairclough & Partners was started originally in 1975 to service a growing demand from many Solicitors, for a third party business service provider, to undertake conducting enquiries, process serving, tracing debtors, interviewing witnesses, taking statements and preparing reports etc, on their behalf.

Since the initial service offerings of the mid to late nineteen seventies, our range of services has expanded to cover by far the majority of areas of investigation, within the public sector and the private sector, for both companies and individuals.

Our client base has grown to now include local authorities, insurance companies, commercial and private clients, all with varying profiles and differing needs.

We do not advertise, consequently the growth and expansion we have seen in our client base and service offerings has come about by personal recommendation and developing market needs.

The firm's reputation has been built on providing a discreet personal service to instructing clients with tasks carried out quickly and efficiently.
